    What payment methods do you accept

    We currently accept Pay Pal payment, Bank Transfer or Cash Payment for self collection at our office.

    Paypal

    DYC Asia uses PayPal to handle all secure payments for the sale of products on its site. In order to make a purchase through our site, you will be directed to PayPal’s payment gateway upon checking out. If you are not directed to PayPal’s payment gateway, please do not proceed with payment.

    Bank Transfer

    For Bank Transfer payments, please kindly transfer to our OCBC Bank Account.

    What is your exchange and refund policy?

    All exchanges must be done within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Original invoice must be presented at our store for all exchange of products. Product must be in brand new condition and unused.

    We currently do not provide refunds for goods sold thus we seek your understanding that ALL GOODS SOLD ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Exchanging of Items

    We seek your understanding that ALL GOODS SOLD ARE NON-REFUNDBALE.

    Exchanges are only valid for either products that is in their original condition and unused, or SAME product replacement if found damaged or defective. ONLY in the event if a defective item(s) is out-of-stock and DYC Asia is unable to process an exchange, customer can choose to exchange for any item from existing/past collection or store credit.

    Please check your item(s) immediately upon arrival, for wrong item(s) kindly inform us within 3 days of receiving it and return the item(s) to us within 7 days. In the event that customer received a defective item(s), please ensure that the item(s) is not opened and return in a brand new condition.

    Returning of Items

    Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days for local orders and 18 days for overseas orders. DYC Asia will not be liable for the postage cost involved in the process of exchange. Please opt for registered postage, as DYC Asia will not be liable in missing parcels.

    As part of our quality control procedures, we have ensured that all products are in good condition and no visible defects, dents or stains before shipping or delivery. Hence there will be strictly NO RETURN / EXCHANGE due to dents and visible stains.

    Do Take Note

    1) Discrepancies will not be considered as a defect.

    2) Returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. DYC Asia reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
