Monday – Friday 10.00am-6.00pm. Our staff will contact all customers on their delivery time and date once orders are confirmed.
Currently, we do not provide international shipping on our E-Commerce Store. However, we are able to provide international shipping on demand if required. We use Registered Air Mail service and Air Parcel provided by SingPost, SpeedPost or DHL on all international shipping. Standard shipping time is between 7-15 working days, subject to:
- Stock availability
- Method of shipment
- Countries & Zones
Estimated shipping cost will be calculated at our end. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full inclusive of shipping charges has been received by DYC Asia. When we receive your overseas order, we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase and shipping charges. This will contain an invoice number of the item(s) and its cost. We will also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
For International Shipping orders, please do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the products you are looking to purchase, quantity and location to be shipped.
All international purchases with DYC Asia do not include your prevailing DDU, duties, VAT or taxes. If your customs office impose these additional charges, you will need to clear them independently with your customs office and DYC Asia is not responsible for your local import duty charges. As we do not know of these fees upfront, we will not be able to advise you of them at the point of checkout.
Please check with your local government customs office if you are unsure about these charges and want to avoid unexpected charges.
Please make sure that the information provided in your checkout is correct. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in parcels being returned to us and result in a non-delivery or late delivery to you. Please note that orders that are returned due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided or abandoned by your local postal office, for whatever reason, will only be resent to the customer at the customer’s expense.
